In my early days of business, I was burnt out, unaligned, in constant debt, and carrying a level of stress that never seemed to switch off. On the outside, I was running a successful business, but inside I felt exhausted, disorganised and unsure because nothing in my life had real structure, clarity or direction.
Everything shifted when I began working on my self-worth, discovering the power of mindset, and choosing to honour myself. I learned that confidence isn’t just about how you feel within, it’s also about how you show up, how you communicate, and even how you present yourself to the world. As I changed, my business, relationships, health, finances and overall sense of purpose began to thrive.
Today I run multiple businesses, including long-standing businesses in the hair and beauty industry. I know what it feels like to manage a team roster, lose a staff member you spent two years training, and wonder why the revenue never quite matches the effort you’re putting in.
Thats exactly why I work with salon owners, clinic owners, and wellness operators. Because I understand your world from the inside, not just the theory.
I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which deepened my understanding of the connection between wellbeing, mindset and success.

I am not just a coach. I am a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and mum of two who began with zero dollars to my name. I have built multiple six and seven figure businesses from the ground up, businesses that I still own and lead today. Everything I teach comes from lived experience and understanding what truly works in the real world.
Over the past decade, I have led more than 40 staff across different industries and built healthy, high performing workplace cultures grounded in clarity, communication, trust, and accountability. I know what it takes to lead people well, to keep a team aligned, and to navigate the pressures that come with running and scaling a business.
I have grown my businesses organically and intentionally, creating a spacious and sustainable work life that supports my wellbeing, my family, and my long term vision. I am proof that success can be built on your own terms, and I believe anyone can create the same when their purpose, leadership, and daily actions move in the same direction.
Alongside my business journey, I have invested deeply in my own development, refining my decision making, strengthening my systems, and learning how to lead with clarity and presence. These lessons shape the way I mentor business owners, professionals, and teams today.
I currently run multiple long standing businesses in both the hair and beauty industry and the construction sector. I am learning, leading and navigating challenges in real time, and the guidance i offer is grounded in real experience, not theory.
